The data you’re looking for has a new home.
 

Three Options:

1. View Maps Online, 2. Download Data, 3. View Maps with Google Earth

 

1. To view the NSP map layers online, go to CPD Maps at http://egis.hud.gov/cpdmaps/

    a. To go straight to the NSP layers, Close the Guide Me wizard

    b. Click the Map Selection option map selection option

    c. In the pop-up window, scroll down and select the NSP layers. These layers may take a few minutes to load.

    d. Close the Map Selection window

    e. Click on the Legend icon to turn on the legend legend

    f. Zoom into the area of interest

2. To Download data, to www.hudnsphelp.info. The ESRI ArcGIS format shapefiles are available for download, as well as spreadsheets of grantees and the NSP2 target area census tracts.

 

3. To view maps with Google Earth:

    a. Download Google Earth at www.google.com/earth

    b. Go to www.hudnsphelp.info and download the files with the file type “.kmz” save these files to your computer. Double click on the files to open with Google Earth.

    c. Zoom to your area of interest.

    d. Click on the map to get grantee information zoomed_image

    e. Since overlapping polygons are difficult to map, you can turn on and off layers as needed using the left-hand tree menu.
