PJs may be States
or units of general local government, including
consortia and urban counties. Geographically contiguous units
of general local governments may also join together as a consortium for
the purposes of the HOME program. To find a
specific local HOME program contact, click
below on the State. The state PJ is the first contact on each state list. The list is
then arranged by local governments, (cities, boroughs, municipalities, towns, townships, villages), urban counties, and consortia (if applicable).
If you cannot locate a particular city or town, the next step is to check for the urban county or consortium in which the town or city is located. If the county is not listed (either by itself
or as part of a consortium), then contact your state office.
