Community Connections is the Information Center of the U.S.
Department of Housing and Urban Development's (HUD's) Office of Community
Planning and Development (CPD). The Center serves State and local agencies,
nonprofit organizations, public interest groups, and others interested
in housing, community and economic development.
The Center serves as a clearinghouse providing users with program regulations;
model programs, case studies, publications on a variety of housing, community
and economic development topics; funding information; training and conference
announcements; and referrals to technical assistance providers.
Small Business
Community Connections pledges that a percentage of its substantive workload
under each task order will be subcontracted to qualified small businesses and
consultants. This promise requires assistance from small business partners with
expertise in many areas, including: audio visual, call center operations,
distribution, editing, event planning, graphic design, printing, public
relations, technical writing, and warehousing. Toward achieving this goal,
Community Connections is always interested in meeting small business leaders.
